Conducted a comprehensive assessment of threats and vulnerabilities, considering country profiles, local realities, geographical threats, neighborhood risks, and risks related to commodities and origin/destination countries. This included analyzing previously recorded incidents and addressing operational and time-bound risks focusing on human factors, cyber, environmental, physical security, and operational efficiencies. Risks were measured, categorized, and ranked using a threat matrix, and action plans were suggested to mitigate these risks to acceptable levels.
